During the course of the preparations for the commencement of the season, the restaurant Gariful will take part at the 20th Croatian Boat Show in Split, which is to be held between 11 and 15 April 2018 and where the restaurant will present its offer which rightly places it among the leading elite restaurants of the region.
This interesting event lasts for five days and will, in addition to companies of boat, ship and luxury yacht builders, assemble all boat lovers, nautical and sports fishing equipment dealers, as well as the lovers of the sea and of one truly special way of life.
On April 11 the restaurant Gariful will present itself to all the visitors of this event in a quite attractive way, where our chef will be preparing some of his most delicious specialties in the open air. Moreover, in addition to the chef of Gariful, the chef of the restaurant Bacchus (Palmižana, Pakleni Otoci) will also show his culinary skills by preparing Mediterranean delicacies.
The restaurant Bacchus is a family restaurant established in 2007 on St. Clement Island and it provides its visitors with a truly unique experience of enjoying food and wine, in a beautiful combination with the nature and the landscape of the island.
As part of the opening ceremony program, all visitors will be able to learn the skills of our chef who will on this occasion prepare a gregada (fish stew) from first-class fish, while the chef of the restaurant Bacchus will prepare brodet from squids.
All the guests who wish to taste these specialties from the mentioned restaurants will be accommodated in a separate part intended for this purpose, and will be served by professional waiters. The ceremonial opening is expected to attract a lot of attention, and so there is also the option of advance bookings.
