Continuing out look at Gariful’s most important asset – its staff.

Fish is central to the Gariful philosophy, and few people have a closer affinity to the treasures of the sea than chef Jaksa Caric.

Born in Split in 1978, Jaksa is married with one son, Jakov. He has been with Gariful for seven years, and previously worked for Bacchus and Suncani Hvar Hotels.

He is passionate about creative cooking presentation.
