What makes the Gariful restaurant stand out among others is the fresh, top-quality fish that is caught daily from the Adriatic Sea, which is at the very top of Europe in terms of sea cleanliness. The clean sea is the habitat of quality fish, that is given to us, and all that remains is for us to continue pushing our own boundaries and invite you to come again.
We are especially happy and proud because the award for Seafood Restaurant of the Year went to the restaurant Gariful, located on the sunniest island in Croatia, on the island of the Hvar. Croatia is a small country, but with world successes, whether they are sports or go through the stomach, we conquer the hearts and palates of people all over the world.
