Souvenirs for Gariful diners

Gariful is not just a one-off dining experience and the restaurant enjoys a long relationship with many of its distinguished guests, and one of the main reasons that Ivan Gospodnetic went to Belgrade last week was to greet Gariful’s Serbian friends at the opening of Days of Hvar Cuisine in the Serbian capital.

Part of that relationship involves the little touches, taking a little of the Gariful experience home from Hvar. The restaurant has a selection of branded natural products – olives, olive oil from the family olive groves in Jelsa and cheese from the family’s land on neighbouring Brac – as gifts for its diners.
