What Makes Gariful Unique?

So what makes Gariful so special? There are several factors, and we will be looking at them over the coming weeks on this blog, from the food and the wines, to the clientele, location and service. But we start with a feature that every restaurant has, but few use as effectively as Gariful – the floor.
Anyone concerned about the freshness of the lobster has only to look down, for below the surface of the restaurant is an aquarium housing various creatures from the sea, all of which can be observed through the a reinforced glass ceiling, thereby raising the seafood experience an extra notch.
There are various ways of fishing out the creatures who reside therein, and a diver is not always required…
